Information you provide

When accounts are enabled, we process your email address, authentication information, and any profile details you provide. Study features process the notes, study sets, questions, answers, and other material you submit, along with learning progress and review information. Live games process player names, room information, answers, and scores; other participants can see information needed to play.

Speech practice stores drafts, rehearsal answers, section scores, and next-review dates in your browser. Enabling AI memory cues sends your speech to the configured AI provider. Notification read status and reminder preferences are also stored in your browser. Optional browser reminders require permission and operate while Memorizerr is open; this version does not send background push notifications or reminder emails. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to share.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts, save study material, generate learning activities, assess answers, track progress, run live sessions, respond to requests, and maintain the service. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error logs to deliver and protect the service.

AI features

When you request AI generation, tutoring, or answer feedback, the relevant study content, question, and response are sent to the AI provider configured for Memorizerr. AI features require a connected provider. The provider processes these requests under its own terms and privacy practices; this policy does not promise that provider retention or training is disabled. Contact us if you need to confirm the current provider before submitting material.

Accounts and service providers

Memorizerr uses Supabase for connected accounts and study storage. Hosting providers and the configured AI provider process information needed for their services. Where configured, Cloudflare infrastructure supports live-game data. Provider processing may take place outside your country.

Advertising

Memorizerr uses Adsterra banner ads to help fund the service. When ads are enabled and an ad placement approaches your screen, your browser requests third-party advertising content after you accept tracking in our cookie banner. This version requires acceptance to access study tools; the privacy policy is available without acceptance. You can withdraw using Cookie settings in the footer, which shows the cookie banner and pauses access to study tools.

Adsterra and advertising partners receive your IP address and may process browser and device information, referring page information, ad interactions, and cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, personalize, and protect advertising. Their processing is governed by their own policies. Memorizerr does not include your study notes or answers in its banner configuration.

Read Adsterra’s privacy policy. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools can limit some advertising requests. These controls are not a substitute for any consent or opt-out rights required by applicable law.

Browser storage

We remember tracking acceptance in browser storage for up to 180 days. We use browser storage for sign-in sessions, study preferences, speech drafts, and other feature settings. Clearing site data removes locally stored information and may sign you out; it does not delete information saved to your account. Third-party ads may use their own storage technologies.

Retention and your choices

Locally saved information stays on your device until cleared or replaced. Account and study information is retained to support your account and study history. Provider logs and backups follow their respective retention practices. We do not specify a universal deletion period because it differs by data type and provider.

You can contact memorizerrhq@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, or complaints to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify a request and retain information where legally required.

Young users

If you are a parent or guardian with concerns about a child’s information, contact us. Do not submit a child’s sensitive information in study material. A general privacy notice does not replace any parental permission or other protections required for children.

Security and updates

No online service or storage method can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
